50 and over = 50 and over?
So, being 50+ and thrown into the job market due to the lovely economy spiraling down out of control... I find myself in that precarious age of maybe too old? The ridiculous thing is, the amount of people we meet, challenges we are bombarded with, and creative out of the box solutions that are unique- are all our own. They are almost free to the next company that hires us, they are not dully noted as a prestigious school or a fortune 500 company that we had a cup of coffee with. So, how do we convince a new company that my age is not a weapon against me, but an augmentation for them? We are talking about real experiences that our younger counterparts might not have acquired. Or one further,

a young recruiter might not know how to elicit from new older talent and it becomes a lost opportunity. So, how can we articulate how special, unique, and critical we are to new young companies, talent recruiters, departments that can enhance their own growth with us?
